European Movers Network ("EMN", "we", "us") processes personal data of moving-company partners, their team members, and the end customers whose quotes and shipments are routed through the network. We act as a data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).
Data we collect
- Partners: company name, country, contact emails, service capabilities, brand colours, banking details for Stripe Connect payouts.
- End customers (when a partner sends a quote or creates a job): name, contact email + phone, origin/destination addresses, volume estimates, signed e-quote PDFs.
- Technical: IP address, user-agent, timestamps — for security, audit, and rate-limiting.
Lawful basis
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) for partners using the network; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security and audit logs; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for any optional marketing.
Where data lives
Application data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Payment data flows through Stripe (EU + US under DPF). Email is delivered via Resend. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@europeanmoversnetwork.com and allow us 30 days to respond.
