1. Agreement
By signing up as a partner on European Movers Network ("EMN") you agree to these terms. EMN is a B2B marketplace and operations toolkit for European moving companies; we are not a moving company ourselves and do not transport goods.
2. Partner obligations
- Maintain valid licences, insurance, and tax registration in the partner's country of operation.
- Keep contact information current. Stale tokens are rotated and inactive partners archived after 12 months.
- Quote customers in good faith and honour signed jobs.
3. Payments
Customer payments are processed through Stripe Connect. EMN facilitates settlement between customer, originating partner, and (where applicable) freight partners according to the published split formulas.
4. Liability
EMN is not a party to the moving contract between partner and customer. Disputes regarding the move itself (damages, delays, quality) are resolved under the partner's own terms of service and applicable national law.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days' notice. EMN may suspend access immediately for fraud, abuse, or unpaid platform fees.
